Capago International has officially launched its operations in Algeria to manage Schengen visa applications for France. This transition marks a major turning point in the visa application process for Algerians wishing to travel to France.
On March 16, Capago International began operating as the exclusive service provider for the collection of visa applications for France in Algeria via its website. https://fr-dz.capago.eu. They can now start receiving Schengen France visa applications.
This change follows a partnership with the French administration, replacing the former providers VFS Global and TLS Contact.
Capago should have its services fully operational by April 8.
An extensive network for better service
Capago has set up modern centers in several major Algerian cities to better meet the needs of its customers:
- Algiers for the Centre region
- Oran for Western Algeria
- Annaba And Constantine for the east of the country
The opening of a center in Constantine marks a first, offering a point of management for visa applications for France in this city in north-eastern Algeria.
The French ambassador, Stéphane Romateton Monday January 27, visited Capago's future visa processing center in Algiers.
A simplified and modernized application process
The new system promises an enhanced experience for applicants, with appointments booked online via the official Capago website, the use of cutting-edge technology for a smooth, secure service, and support throughout the process, from booking appointments to collecting biometric data.
Capago also offers an "integral" visa application service, including easy drop-off at a Capago center, access to a Premium Lounge with coffee and pastries, and fast-track passage through the counters. Exclusive services such as return of passport by post and taking of compliant photos are also included. All this for 85 euros per applicant (12,000 DZD).
